I have been awake to the spiritual reality of the mystical world as young as I can recall. While studying journalism at Syracuse University, I discovered the wisdom teachings of the East and became enthralled by the Hindu and Buddhist body mind practices, Yoga and Meditation. Gems and Crystals became an integral part of my life and work when I was granted a profound healing from a medical intuitive who used crystals to transmute and direct the energies, clearing and healing my physical body with undeniable evidence. This experience introduced and revealed me to the healing power of crystals and that I was an open conduit for this intelligence. Crystals are now an integral part of my Yoga Therapy Practice. With great reverence I serve the crystals themselves by guiding them to the places they will to be in order to do their good work, awakening the consciousness of infinite love within all things...
